It has been said that the X-Men is something of a metaphor for what it is like to be lesbian or gay in the world. Of course, you can imagine just how is upset about the fact that comic books are starting to get involved actively in the LGBT Community. We’re just surprised that One Million Moms didn’t go librarian poo when The Thing came out as Jewish.
Of course, OMM has had no success in actually getting anyone to listen to them. Archie Comics went through with their same-sex marriage storyline- and will have a story about gender swapping soon. Of course, that isn’t stopping OMM from issuing their usual statement condemning this move and crying “think of the children”- that’s right, we can use the children that’s why we’re forming a Children’s Brigade.

Their letter, which is below, runs the usual line of thought about how children become gay if they are exposed to homosexuality at an early age. This is rather silly since many lesbians and gays who are adults today didn’t know that they were normal until AFTER they were adults. (Heck, the first time I even knew someone could be lesbian or gay I was 15!)

Last week, a random Twitter user mentioned her desire to see The Rock as a DC superhero. Dwayne Johnson, forever in touch with his fans, tweeted in response, “Funny U say that…“ That obviously sparked fervent speculation. Bleeding Cool followed up with an interesting possibility: the antihero biker Lobo. Bleeding Cool admits their source is untested, one who purportedly overheard Johnson boasting at a party that he will play Lobo. But the rumor is a good fit. There is a Lobo adaptation in development. Brad Peyton, the director of Johnson’s last movie Journey 2: The Center of the Earth, is steering the ship. And no actor really has that Lobo physique other than The Rock. So all the pieces fit—we’re just missing the important ones that spell “O-f-f-i-c-i-a-l” across the top. We’ll put a pin in this for now. In the meantime, hit the jump for background on Lobo.

You've got to watch this epic battle between two legendary characters... Star Wars' Darth Vader and The Lord of the Ring's Gandalf. It's pretty awesome to see these two worlds collide like this. Basically Vader comes to Middle Earth for the ring of power and Gandalf must stop him from taking it. The video is done very well, and it's fun to watch. Usher has been accused of cheating on his ex-wife with a bridesmaid while they were still married.
The 'Scream' singer is currently in the middle of a custody battle with Tameka Foster for their sons Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely Raymond. Foster would like full custody, while Usher hopes to secure increased visitation.
While being cross-examined in court earlier this week, Usher was accused of having been "discovered in bed with Maya Fox Davis", according to TMZ.
Davis was one of Foster's bridesmaids. The singer's lawyer objected to the statement, arguing that they were not trying a divorce case.
Usher recently testified in court against Foster, accusing her of throwing food at him and spitting on his girlfriend during a tirade

Jessica Sanchez is anything but a sore loser.
The talented 16-year-old lost the American Idol crown on Wednesday night's season 11 finale, where Phillip Phillips was crowned the winner.
"I'm kind of relieved that this whole thing is over, but I'm also going to miss everybody here," Sanchez told reporters backstage. "I really think that Phillip deserves to win and I'm so happy for him."
Sanchez said she had a hunch that Phillips, 21, "was going to win the whole thing" when the top 3 was announced (Joshua Ledet was eliminated last week). "Phillip has everything about him," she explained. "He has his funny side and his humble side and he's just an amazing, original artist. I think we all are talented and I think we all are going to have really successful careers."
She added of her pal, who's scheduled to undergo kidney surgery imminently: "He has worked harder than all of us. We've all been working hard, but he's been having to deal with his health issues, with his kidneys, and I think he's been through a lot more than us mentally and physically."
Long considered a front-runner, Sanchez slipped a bit on Tuesday's performance episode, when her performance of original single "Change Nothing" left judges Jennifer Lopez, Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler cold.
"I kind of agreed with them," she said of the judges' comments. "I don't have any regrets at all. I mean, I made it to top two -- that’s crazy! I’m happy."
Charlotte York would totally approve of this one: Kristin Davis is dating writer Aaron Sorkin, multiple sources tell E! News.
"It's been going on for around six weeks," says a source. "They are really happy. They have actually known each other a while through mutual friends and would sometimes bump into one another at industry events, but it has only just turned into something more."
"He is obviously really smart...and Kristin is very intelligent, too," adds the source. "They have a lot to talk about."
The couple, who have both been open about past substance abuse struggles and their subsequent sobriety, have "been out quite a few times on both coasts," according to a source.
Sorkin, whose screenplay for The Social Network won an Oscar, has a 12-year-old daughter, Roxy, from a previous marriage. Davis, 47, adopted a baby girl, Gemma Rose, in 2011.
The 50-year-old West Wing creator was married to Julia Bingham from 1996 to 2005. He's also been romantically linked to Kristin Chenoweth.
Davis has never been married, and her rep declined to comment on her personal life. Besides the Sex and the City flicks, she recently starred in Journey 2: The Mysterious Island.

Think Like a Man star Meagan Good, 30, is eager to marry her fiancé, preacher-movie producer DeVon Franklin.
"Our wedding night will be the first time we're actually together," Meagan Good, who also stars in Showtime's risqué series Californication, confides to Life & Style.
How did she know DeVon was the one? "Because he was willing to be celibate with me for a year," she says. "He loves God, more than I love God, so I don't think there's anything wrong [with him]."
And their wedding planning is already set in motion.
"We found the venue, which I'm really excited about, and it's going to be in Malibu," Meagan, who met her fiancé while making Jumping the Broom in 2011, tells Life & Style. "I know I want to go for a bayou-themed kind of Spanish mosque, a very enchanted-y Twilight feel."

Elton John has been hospitalized for a serious respiratory infection ... and it has temporarily derailed his concerts ... TMZ has learned.
Elton checked into Cedars-Sinai Hospital in L.A. at 6 AM Wednesday. John underwent a battery of tests, after which the doctors recommended that he NOT perform for 7 days. He was told he needed "complete rest and antibiotic treatment to prevent damage."
The singer had to cancel 4 concerts scheduled this weekend in Las Vegas.
Elton tells TMZ, "It feels strange not to be able to perform these 'Million Dollar Piano' concerts at the Colosseum ... I love performing the show and I will be thrilled when we return to the Colosseum in October to complete the 11 concerts."
Elton added, "All I can say to the fans is 'sorry I can't be with you."
It appears Elton has been released from the hospital.
